CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

3. Shipping fees, which are the cost of product delivery, shall be paid by the buyer.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the agreement.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay for the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

8. If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the buyer's credit card has been used unjustly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost belonging to the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If unforeseen force majeure circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order: if payment was made in cash, this fee is paid back in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation; however, it is possible for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. Before receiving the goods/services subject to the agreement, the buyer shall inspect them; the buyer shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, or torn packaging from the cargo company. The goods/services received are deemed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer is obliged to take care of the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization at the indicated address, by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

13. If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the agreement was signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service agreements where service performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal expires.

14. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Used" provisions stipulated in this agreement.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to take back the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if the return becomes impossible due to a fault of the BUYER, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur during the right of withdrawal period due to the appropriate use of the goods or product.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

21. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must have their packaging unopened, untried, undamaged and unused in order to be returned.
